Gems' Photo opened its doors on Mother’s day of 1999, by Mr. Herman I. Joseph.  In December of 1995, Mr. Joseph along with other public servants were retrenched from the public service.  After this experience, he promised himself that he would never give another employer the opportunity to remove him from a job. Mr. Joseph’s hobby of photography then easily transitioned into his career.

 

Gems’ Photo now stands as the premier photo studio in Dangriga for 22 years and counting. Now Gems' Photo is a registered partnership driven by the entire family that is: Herman, his wife Althea C. Joseph, and intelligent daughters Juanita and Ivory Joseph. Gems' Photo continues to offer photo and video services to local, regional and international customers.
